A story of food waste is one of the films that were played in Al Sidr Environmental film festival 2020 surrounding the theme of “Waste”
Every year 1.3 billion tones of food is thrown away, adding up to one third of all food grown for human consumption. Filmmakers explore the reasons for this waste and look for ways to fight the problem and prevent it.
