The Experience: What We Offer

Nature Field Trips: We’re offering 50 immersive trips annually for over 2000 students. These hands-on experiences are designed to align with environmental education goals while making learning fun and impactful.

Mangrove Monitoring:
200 AED/student

  • Dive into the muddy mangrove forests to collect valuable data!

  • Contribute to conservation efforts by assessing the health of the forest, recording the biodiversity, and identifying threats!

  • Learn about the role of mangroves in climate resilience, coastal protection, and marine biodiversity

Litter Survey:
100 AED/student

  • Collect, categorize, and weigh litter to assess marine and terrestrial debris.

  • Raise awareness of pollution and its impact on ecosystems.

Nurdle Hunt:
100 AED/student

  • Collect tiny plastic pellets along coastlines.

  • Contribute to critical data on microplastic pollution.

Kayak Litter Spotter:
150 AED/student

  • Combine adventure with conservation: kayak through coastal areas, collecting hard-to-reach litter.

  • Deepen connection to nature and highlight the importance of protecting aquatic environments.

Plant Survey:
150 AED/student

  • Explore native plant species using iNaturalist to document plant diversity.

  • Interview elders to gather traditional knowledge about plant uses in the UAE.

  • Contribute to EAD’s history database, preserving national heritage and promoting cultural conservation efforts.
