Ambassadors for Nature is a comprehensive leadership program, a journey unfolding through a series of e-learning modules and immersive training activities. As Ambassadors for Nature in 2023, participants will have the opportunity to present their insights and solutions, crucial in shaping discussions at COP28, ensuring global acknowledgment of youth perspectives.
They will serve as mentors to fellow youth, fostering a supportive network of change-makers. Together, we embrace this expedition as an opportunity to evolve, empower, and enact change that resonates far beyond the boundaries of our journey.

Ahmad is the President of the Cultural Diversity and Tolerance Club and Vice-President of the Sustainability Club at Khalifa University.

Faris interns at regional and international environmental organizations IUCN, Green Planet and EMEG.

He is involved in numerous awareness, community engagement and nature-based volunteering activities across the UAE, and is the winner of the UAE LCOY 2023 Creativity for Sustainability Competition. A Top 50 Finalist of the Global Student Prize, Faris leads a nationwide high school mangrove plantation campaign and runs the digital platform Yalla Mangroves.

Recent graduate, The British School Al Khubairat (BSAK), Abu Dhabi
Nuha from Sri Lanka was Head of the Eco Committee at BSAK, which was invited to the 2022 Next Generation World Majlis and the COP28 Youth Forum, hosted at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Nuha has organized various sustainability projects including a drive to plant mangroves alongside H.E. Dr Shaikha Salem Al Dhaheri, Secretary General of the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi, and Patrick Moody, the former British Ambassador to the UAE. She won the BSAK Citizens Award in 2023.
