Studies have shown amazing benefits to mental and physical wellbeing by simply swapping the indoors for outdoors when it comes to working out. The trails show an improvement in feelings of revitalisation, increased energy, positivity and decreases in tension, anger and depression (it’s more fun too). Nature is clearly the best medicine, so we’ve been busy coming up with some Wild Workouts you can do as a part of the Dubai fitness challenge and beyond! HOW TO BOOK
Simply register your details by clicking the button below.
- Make sure you're at the meeting point by 5:45pm at the latest, so we can get a chance to warm up before we start our run at 6pm sharp.
- Don't forget your reusable water bottle.
- Make sure you download the CWN app (available on Google Play Store or Apple App Store), navigate to “Wild Workouts” and follow the instructions to earn a badge for participating.
- You can also ask one of our representatives about how you can earn an "explore" and "impact" badge though our cool new app.
