The talk is mainly about conservation in two fields. Food and diet, the first part, affect our carbon and water footprint. So in this part we will discuss what is food sustainability, how it affects the environment and our lives, and how we can easily practice it by making few easy changes in our lifestyle. The second part is ocean conservation where we will present the current situation of plastic pollution and how it contributes to ocean garbage gyers. We will also discuss the impact of coastal development and its relation to ocean productivity and sand storms. All presentation points will focus on the UAE and we will follow this order: threats, solutions and youth actions.
