Dubai Municipality we would like to invite you to participate in the public webinar being organized by the Environmental Awareness Section. Two sessions are scheduled on Sunday, October 11 at 10:00 AM (English) and Monday October 12 at 10:00 AM (Arabic) to celebrate the annual World Migratory Bird Day
The 2020 conservation theme, Birds Connect Our World, focuses on the tracking technologies and approaches which are used to explore the routes of migratory birds across the globe, and how this knowledge is used to aid conservation efforts.
Several local and international speakers will cover the following topics and more
- UAE bird tracking data and movements
- Global bird movements and monitoring
- Bird and wildlife interactions and their relevance
- Bird and human interactions and their relevance
- Threats and challenges faced by migrating bird species
- How the community as a whole can help mitigate some of these threats

تنظم بلدية دبي ندوة افتراضية بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للطيور المهاجرة والذي سيوافق 11 أكتوبر للمتحدثين باللغة الإنجليزية و 12 أكتوبر للمتحدثين باللغة العربية.
