Are you ready to get your sweat on? We challenge you to wild workouts in different locations! Join the connect with nature team for guided jogs between 2 to 11km long. Keep your heart beating strong and get a breath of fresh air while enjoying the lovely scenery.

You need to complete two of our wild workout locations to get the explore Badge. Keep checking as we’ll be adding more! Wild workouts location currently include:

Al Qudra Lakes

A short drive from the city, it is super easy to access this haven for wildlife and man-made pools inside the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve. Expect to see up to 200 types of birds, gazelles and possibly even the illusive Oryx or Houbara Bustards.

Start you wild workout by checking in, getting your gear ready, and jogging to the first lake. Look around, breathe some fresh air, warm up and let’s go! Check in once you hit the lake and follow the edge of the first lake until you reach a watch tower, Tired yet? We only got started. Put your gear down and be a Houbara! Before checking in to this location you have to do five houbara jumps (Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Start by doing a squat, then engage your core and jump up explosively. Land as quietly as possible and lower your body back into the squat position to complete one rep. Click here for more info). After being a houbara, jog your way to the flamingo gates, check in and look around for the pretty flamingos. After making some friends head back to your car and check in right before you get off the dirt road, Mission accomplished!

Zabeel Park 

Start your workout out in Zabeel park gate 1, this workout is a 2k jog. Connect with nature while jogging, take a look around and see how many trees you can spot! Check in at gate 1 and start warming up by jogging to gate 2. Have you spotted the frangipani tree? Yes, Check in! Continue jogging to gate3, we have a challenge for you. Once you arrived at gate 3, we would like to see if you can survive as a bat! Find the pull up bars and start hanging, please ask the bat in you to check in! Jog your way to gate 4 and check in at the entrance of the frame, your almost there! Continue jogging until you reach the bridge. Get under the bridge, enjoy the shade and take a minute to hear all the nature around you. Check in, you are done! Click here for the starting location.
